About

This is the first step

When I talk with clients about mental health, I often say that each of us carries a river of heartache running through our lives.

My role as a therapist is to help you step into that river with steadiness—to feel the current, acknowledge its power, and learn how to remain rooted rather than swept away.

I came to this work by learning to stand in my own river: through loss, divorce, raising teenagers, uncertainty, and ultimately the profound joy of growth and transformation.

My lived experience, woven together with years of professional training and research, is what guides my approach.

Thank you for beginning your journey here.
